Do I need to be there when you clean my house?
This is completely your choice. Maid in America is fully licensed, bonded, and insured and that allows you the flexibility to choose.
No, we provide all supplies needed and maintain the equipment used to clean your home. If, however, you have specific needs or solutions feel free to advise us and we will use the provided cleaning material.
How often do you provide service to my home?
We allow you to choose the frequency and are happy to accommodate your needs whether it is one time, weekly, bimonthly or seasonal.
How much do you charge?
Providing you with quality service requires us to see your home first. Please call Paul Lopez and he will give you a complimentary estimate at no obligation. Our working customers find that he is flexible when finding a convenient time for appointments with his customers.
What if I need to cancel my scheduled cleaning?
We understand that change is sometimes necessary and appreciate a 48 hour notification.
No we do not require a contract.
What happens if I notice something was not done to my specifications?
While this is extremely rare we understand the importance of immediately communicating concerns and simply ask that you call Paul right away. Paul prides himself on repeat customers and recognizes the importance of timely customer service under all circumstances.
Will the same maids clean my home each time?
Please feel free to let Paul know if you have requests and he will be happy to make every effort to accommodate.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday through Saturday.

After your initial cleaning customers that schedule weekly or bi-monthly service will see a discount rate applied.
